Referral Terms
1. About the scheme
The Introductory Referral Bonus is run by Property Acquisition Partners Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). If you introduce someone to us and they go on to complete a property purchase with us, we will pay you a referral bonus of £300. These terms explain how the scheme works.
2. Who can make a referral
Anyone can make a referral. You do not need to be an existing client of ours.
3. How to make a referral
To make a referral, you need to contact us directly. You can do this through our contact page, by emailing info@propertyap.co.uk, by calling 01992 283230, or by messaging us on WhatsApp. Please let us know your name and contact details, and the name and contact details of the person you are referring.
4. When the bonus is paid
The £300 referral bonus is paid once the person you referred has completed their property purchase with us. No bonus is payable if the purchase does not complete.
5. No limit on referrals
There is no limit to the number of people you can refer. You will receive £300 for each referral that completes a property purchase with us.
6. Changes to the scheme
We may change, suspend or end the Introductory Referral Bonus scheme, or these terms, at any time. The latest version of these terms will always be published on this page.
